Last minute ergens geboekt in t centrum voor 6 personen. Veel keuze was er niet meer. Toen ik erachter kwamen dat we in een hotel terecht kwamen was ik wat huiverig. Maar de sfeer was beter dan verwacht, de bediening uitmuntend (veel vragen nav doorgegeven allergie, ze namen het gelukkig serieus). Het eten was prima. De prijs iets te hoog, maar gelukkig hadden we korting via deze site.
De brasserie heeft een mooie serre, waarbij een prachtig uitzicht over het centrum van Den Bosch. De sfeer is gemoedelijk, en het eten is verrassend goed van kwaliteit. Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van streekproducten en de gerechten worden smaakvol gepresenteerd. Een echte aanrader om te gaan eten in de Den Bosch!
