Vanavond gegeten 4 gangen menu van de chef. Broodplank je met drie soorten smeersel, prima, vooral tomaten tapenade erg lekker. Mosterd soep, gewoon goed. Houd zelf wel van een paar spekjes erin, dat was minimaal. Brood erbij, weer erg lekker. Moot zalm voor mij en tournedos voor mijn vrouw. Met koolraap, salade en bak aardappeltjes. Voor beiden, prima. De borden waren koud, jammer, snel afkoeling van de gerechten. Koolraap vond ik vroeger echt niet lekker, smaakte goed. Dame blanche toe, lekker, en yoghurt met honing en walnoten en een toef slagroom. Erg lekker. Al met al erg lekker en voldoende gegeten.

Aardige bediening en eten was goed, wel had ik iets meer verwacht van de steak. Deze was gemiddeld en die van mijn vrouw had veel vertandjes
