Throughout the evening, the service was very attentive. As we only speak a little bit of Dutch, it was very nice to have staff that could easily explain all the dishes in English to us and even could answer quite specific questions that we had once or twice during the meal. The staff was very friendly and relaxed in a nice way. The food was excellent and among the best meals I've ever had. Highlights were the shrimp sandwich, the beef tartare and the duck breast. Also, the cheese plate with sherry accompaniment was a wonderful course. The room was quite nice, and decorated well, but you did feel a bit close to some of your neighbor tables. My only other minor issue with the meal is that the timing between some of the courses was a bit uneven. For example, between some courses, you might wait 5 minutes and between others it was more like 15 minutes. But this is a very minor issue. We had a wonderful meal at Perceel and would return. We will recommend this place to our friends!

In de oude rustige dorpskern van Capelle aan den IJssel vind je op de dijk in het Oude Raadhuis het restaurant Perceel*. De dijk heeft een prachtige authentieke uitstraling en het opnieuw aangelegde terras schittert elke dag weer. In de zomermaanden kun je hier genieten van een uitgebreide lunch of diner met een prachtig uitzicht op de Hollandse IJssel.
Bij Perceel* word je verrast door onverwachte smaakcombinaties die je versteld doen staan. Ze houden ontzettend van bloemen en fleuren zowel het restaurant als de borden hiermee op. In het voorjaar en de zomer komen de kruiden en eetbare bloemen uit eigen kruidentuin die gelegen is naast het restaurant.
