We really enjoyed the whole experience! The service was professional and the staff was very kind friendly. The waiters did not miss a thing when my husband went to the bathroom they folded his napkin and they really are so proud of their job and had a good energy during the service. We were amazed how well the chefs worked together calm and collective. Every dish was a piece of artwork and you can feel the love and all the attention to detail that has gone into every single plate from the amuse bouche to the friandises. We experienced a lot of wonderful flavours together.
For my husband the pigs cheeks that was cooked for 48 hours at 64 degrees Celsius and the mango, coconut and green curry dessert was the highlight for him.
We sat outside and enjoyed the view , but went inside for our lunch and enjoyed the atmosphere inside the restaurant. The decor is clean and neat not too busy. It was a relaxing afternoon and we would highly recommend Perceel to our friends and family.
