Prachtige gerechten, qua smaak, creativiteit en opmaak. Mijn ogen uitgekeken, mijn smaakpapillen verrast (en na ieder bordje smachtend naar meer ;-)). Inclusief heerlijk combinerende wijnen en dit alles aan chef’s table...!

Elk bordje is een schilderij en verrast met wereldse smaken. Van bij het aperitief tot aan het dessert werden we verrast. Het menu wordt niet vooraf vermeld, dus elk gerecht is een verrassing. Door gebruik van gewaagde smaakcombinaties met fruit en specerijen slaagt de chef er in je omver te bla...
