6 gangen diner genoten met een wijnarangement (halve glazen). Heerlijke gerechten met echt goed bijpassende wijnen. Aardige bediening met een goede uitleg over waarom de wijn bij het gerecht hoort. Ook verassende ingrediënten in de gerechten met vloeibare stikstof. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Echt fantastisch gegeten! Bediening perfect, eten perfect, echt super. Ze bieden zelfs een Bob-wijnarrangement aan waardoor je wel kunt genieten van de combinatie van wijn en eten. Jammer dat de mensen naast ons over werkelijk alles zaten te klagen, maar ook hier ging de bediening professioneel mee om.

The Slotplaats Bakkeveen is an age-old estate with a renovated castle farm. It is a place full of history. Unwind completely in the impressive gardens and woods that surround the estate. Not only the surroundings contribute to the entire experience. For example, on your plate you will taste different taste sensations with products that come from the backyard.
