Leuke originele gerechtjes, maar 2 gerechtjes écht te zout. Bediening goed en met aandacht
Zeer rijk smakenpalet, elk gerecht een mooi schilderij, de wijnen perfect afgestemd. Kortom, een culinair feestje.
Fantastische avond gehad, heerlijke gerechten met daarbij top wijnen!
Alles was goed verzorgd zelfs met mijn dieet was rekening mee gehouden lculinaie hoogstandjes kregen geserveerd en alles uit de regio en dat proefde je fijne sfeer iop een mooie lokatie we hadden het verrassings menu 5 gangen wat ik jammer vond dat er geen toetje bij zat
Maar dat is persoonlijk
Voor de tweede keer gegeten bij de Slotplaats en weer van een 6 gangen diner genoten. (met nog 2 amuses) Wederom zeer verrassende gerechten met lekkere wijnen die steeds vaker uit Nederland komen. Echt de hele avond genoten. De bediening was plezierig en ongedwongen. Chef Jouke kwam ook nog informeren hoe de avond was. Nog steeds een aanrader.

The Slotplaats Bakkeveen is an age-old estate with a renovated castle farm. It is a place full of history. Unwind completely in the impressive gardens and woods that surround the estate. Not only the surroundings contribute to the entire experience. For example, on your plate you will taste different taste sensations with products that come from the backyard.
