Ondanks dat menig personeel op de laatste benen liep, zetten ze toch het beste beentje voor. We hebben genoten van het royale voorgerecht. Carpaccio van rode biet en de trio BAZ. In het hoofdgerecht was de zalm iets te doorbakken, maar was de Tournedos van hoog niveau! Het dessert was de kraker van de avond. De (trio) dessert BAZ met de niet te vergeten zelfgemaakte Tiramisu.
