Super gegeten, witte begeleidende wijnen zouden wat meer diepgang mogen hebben. Bediening en keuken hadden met een handje meer, voor een wat snellere presentatie kunnen zorgen van de voortreffelijke gerechtjes. Een echte aanrader!

We hadden een menu van 7 gangen die allemaal iedere keer verrassend en zeer lekker waren. Zeer afwisselend van smaak en het mooie was dat er gewerkt was met heel bijzondere smaak ingredienten die zeer verrassend bij elkaar pasten. Wij hebben ervan genoten. Zelden zo goed gegeten tegen een prijs die het meer dan waard was. Het restaurant dat functioneert onder topkok Servais, die elders een Sterrrestaurant heeft, mag er zijn. Het vriendelijke en kwalitatief goede personeel en de keukenbrigrade werkt er hard voor.
We kunnen het restaurant van harte aanbevelen, gelegen tegenover station Maastricht.
