Wat hebben we heerlijk gegeten! Mooie gerechtjes, smaakvol en divers. Genoten van een viergangen diner. Ruime porties, lekkere wijnen. Over de bediening niets dan lof, bescheiden en vriendelijk. Minpuntje zou kunnen zijn dat de hertenbiefstuk iets malser had gekund, maar de chef heeft een mooi hoofdgerecht opgediend, waarbij het stoofpotje de hoofdprijs verdiende. We komen zeker terug!
Heerlijk gegeten
Wij hebben met 6 personen, via de Nationale Restaurant Week 2022 , heerlijk gegeten bij Brasserie de Koepel.
Ontdekt via de restaurantweek site. Aangenaam verrast! Leuk menu en het eten was erg lekker. Het duurde wel wat lang, waarschijnlijk door weinig bezetting in de bediening en een vol restaurant, maar ze waren wel erg vriendelijk.
Ik kom hier zeker nog eens terug!
Goed geselecteerd menu met vis vooraf en rund/wild in het hoofdmenu, met een lekker desert. We kregen in een sfeervolle en lekker verwarmde omgeving een prima uitleg van een aardige bediening. Eten was heerlijk, al heb ik persoonlijk een voorkeur in wintermaanden voor een warmer voorgerecht, maar dat is persoonlijk en de smaak was prima.
