I liked the compliment to the coffee. The menu is not too fusion-like.
Wij hebben een hele genoeglijke zaterdagmiddag beleefd bij Wils. Een laagdrempelige, dynamische omgeving. Het was er gezellig druk en het personeel (chefs als bediening) bemoeien zich op een prettige manier met de gasten. De amuses, de additionele bites en gerechten van het menu waren zeer smaakvol. Van de Discovering wine pairing vond ik sommige wijnen beter passen dan de andere.
Bijzondere smaken en combinaties ervan. Leuk jong internationaal team dat kookt en bedient. Gezellig!
