Dit is een eerste kennismaking met een Michelin ster restaurant. De lunch is goed, maar niet alle gerechten zal ik persoonlijk als eerste van een kaart kiezen, maar dat is persoonlijk. Ik heb geen idee wat ik heb gegeten, behalve varkensnek. De service is uitmuntend, fantastisch, alle superlatieven kan ik loslaten....

De service is uitmuntend, fantastisch, alle superlatieven kan ik loslaten. Aanbevelen? Tsja, ik zal zeggen probeer het en ervaar het zelf. In ieder geval doen de mensen het uiterste best om het je zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, een uitstekende locatie om er te komen. Even bij de benzinepomp parkeren, uitstappen en je loopt 15 meter. Dan de auto elders parkeren.

The food was absolutely sublime. In particular the simple sounding dish of potato nudeln - just a flavour explosion. Dessert as well sounded so simple but the impact on your taste buds was indescribable. Only word for the flavours is simply sublime. Service as well was lovely, attentive but discreet. What a gem...

What a gem hidden out of the 'normal' spot lighted area. Cant recommend enough and definitely look forward to my next visit
