We hebben 30 juli hier bij de Goede Buren heerlijk gegeten, Hans heeft ons verrast met heerlijke gerechten. De porties waren goed en door hem zelf aan de tafel toegelicht. Wilma is een prettige gastvrouw die je al snel thuis laat voelen. De wijn was een heerlijke witte wijn uit Bilbao Spanje. We komen zeker hier nog eens terug. Buren bij avond was een mooie afsluiting.
Bij Goede Buren het 5-gangen menu genomen. Erg goede keus. Elke gang was uitstekend. De service van de gastvrouw was persoonlijk en met veel aandacht. De liefde en passie spat eraf hier. Wij hebben enorm genoten en komen zeker terug
Dank je René. Het was ook wederom een gezellige en relaxte avond. En als chefkok altijd weer leuk om met de dieetwensen van onze gasten rekening te houden en ook dan verrassende smaakcombinaties te serveren. Het gaat ons om onze gasten en als dit dan zo hoog gewaardeerd wordt, dan geeft ons dat alleen maar een enorme energie boost. Tot de volgende keer!!
Oude herberg met passende inrichting in een oud stadje. We koemen zeker terug
Dank je Martin. Wij zijn ook trots om deze "oude herberg" te mogen runnen in één van de oudste horeca panden van Nederland. Al 450 jaar wordt in dit prachtige pand gasten ontvangen en culinair verwend. Eeuwenlang is het pand landelijk bekend geweest onder herberg de Swaen, waarbij kooplieden die van noord naar zuid en van oost naar west reisden elkaar ontmoeten om zaken te doen in een gezellige informele sfeer met (h)eerlijk lekker eten. Wij vinden het alleen maar hartstikke leuk om deze sfeer weer te herstellen en onze gasten te verwennen met diverse eigen signature gerechten en klassiekers van weleer.
Klassieke maar heerlijke gerechten. Aanbevolen!
Dank je wel voor je waardering. Zoals jullie hebben ervaren hou ik van verrassende smaakcombinaties, maar ook van de beste klassiekers van weleer, waarbij ik dan juist weer niets verrassends doe met de smaak, behalve dan natuurlijk het gerecht klaarmaken op een manier zoals ik het zelf het lekkerste vind. Ik ga er dan vanuit dan mijn gasten het dan ook lekker vinden en dat blijkt dus wederom zo te zijn geweest. En dat maakt het vak ook zo leuk.
