Wat een leuk restaurant! Menu is bereid met streekproducten en wordt toegelicht door de kok.
Een leuke ambiance! Een aanrader. We gaan zeker terug!
Heerlijk gegeten bij Brasserie Goede Buren in Buren. Gastvrije sfeer en iedere gang werd door de kok uitgelegd wat het was en waar de producten vandaan kwamen. Wij hebben genoten.
Dank je Marije voor je mooie review en waardering met 3x10. Het was zeker leuk om jullie zo te zien genieten van de gerechten en de gemoedelijke sfeer, zoals wij dit in ons restaurant proberen te creëren voor "Het gevoel van Thuis", alsof je dus bij je buren gaat eten. Hopelijk tot een volgende keer!!
5 gangen verrassingsmenu was een ware smaak verrassing. Hans nam de tijd om al zijn gerechten uit te leggen bij serveren. Hij heeft duidelijk veel plezier in zijn werk.
Beste Elly, Ik heb inderdaad veel plezier in mijn werk. Het blijft een prachtig creatief vak waar je als chefkok helemaal in los kan gaan en gerechten kan bedenken met verrassende smaakcombinaties en/of presentaties. En als je dan ook je gasten daarmee op positieve verrast, dan krijg ik daar ook veel energie van, want daar doe ik het voor. En maakt de horeca ook zo leuk. Hopelijk tot een volgende keer, dan gaan wij er weer voor.
