Een hele enthousiaste kok die het je helemaal naar de zin wilt maken. Een hele ontspannen lunch met verrassende vis gerechten en heel goed rekening gehouden met de beperkingen op het gebied van allergieën
Heerlijk eten met een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding en een uiterst verzorgde bediening , veelal door kok/gerant Hans zelf.

Na veel revieuws te hebben gelezen waar geklaagt werd vooral over de porties waren wij vol verwachting. Wij werden verrast met een toegankelijke chef die het menu aanpaste naar de wens van ons vieren en ons na de amuses en de 4 gangen luch en koffie zeer tevreden zag vertrekken. De 3 uur die wij hiermee hebben volgemaakt was zeker niet te lang en de kwaliteit van het opgediende verraste ons, wij hebben genoten. Goede Buren is een betere brasserie dan de gemiddelde, een aanrader voor allen die de tijd willen nemen om samen te genieten van het op tafel gebrachte door chef Hans.
P.S. Wij gaan graag terug om van het op de kaart staande gerecht "Paling in het Groen" te genieten
Dank je Frans voor het uitgebreide verslag. Zoals ik al aangaf zijn de reviews op diningcity.nl echte en eerlijke reviews, omdat je alleen een review kan schrijven als je er ook daadwerkelijk hebt gegeten. Zoals je kunt lezen worden wij door deze gasten enorm gewaardeerd met gemiddeld een 9,3. Dit in tegenstelling tot bv Google en tripadvisor waar iedereen van alles kan schrijven, ook al ben je er nog nooit geweest. Desondanks reageer ik ook daar op alle reviews, ook al herken ik soms de klacht totaal niet. De paling in 't groen staat en wij zien jullie reservering graag binnenkomen en zul je echt proeven dat paling in 't groen van zoutwaterpaling veel lekkerder smaakt dat gestoofde paling van zoetwater paling. Graag tot dan!!
