We hebben een uur moeten wachten voor de eerste gang kwam en het drinken werd geserveerd en tussen de laatste twee gangen zat ieder een uur. Als je als eerste binnenkomt verwacht je het eten als eerste geserveerd te krijgen maar dat gebeurde verre van. Ook zagen we veel stellen eerder afrekenen terwijl wij nog op het hoofdgerecht zaten te wachten. Ook de bar waaruit drinken werd geserveerd stemde totaal niets af met de keuken waardoor je niet de smaak van de wijn met het betreffende gerecht kon samenvoegen. Koffie was al weer op voor het dessert kwam. Wel ontzettend vriendelijk personeel die echt zijn best deed om het recht te trekken. Als je vanaf een bepaalde tijd diner aanbiedt zorg dan ook dat je keuken en personeel vanaf dat moment beschikbaar is. Biedt het anders niet aan.

In the cosy beach town of Burgh-Haamstede, the new stylish and warm restaurant Bar Bistro DuCo is located in the Fletcher Strandhotel Haamstede. The food here is prepared in a unique charcoal oven, giving the dishes a delicious and full flavour. This gives each dish a unique but delicious flavour. For instance, the fish is extra soft, the meat super tender and the vegetables are even more flavoursome. Of course, the restaurant also serves delicious vegetarian dishes.
