Dit restaurant heeft een geweldige sfeer, rust, heerlijk eten en attent personeel. Eén van de gerechten met artisjok was erg lekker. Alle ingrediënten vulden elkaar aan 👌🏻

Dit restaurant stond al een tijdje op de lijst. Als je lang op iets hebt gewacht kan het wel eens tegenvallen. Maar dat gebeurde niet in 't Ganzenest!
Zondag 14 juli 2024 hier met vrienden gegeten. Het was een memorabele avond. De ontvangst was uiterst plezierig. Het 8- gangen menu dat zich in de loop van de avond...
Dit restaurant stond al een tijdje op de lijst. Als je lang op iets hebt gewacht kan het wel eens tegenvallen. Maar dat gebeurde niet in 't Ganzenest!
Zondag 14 juli 2024 hier met vrienden gegeten. Het was een memorabele avond. De ontvangst was uiterst plezierig. Het 8- gangen menu dat zich in de loop van de avond in een aangenaam ritme op onze borden ontvouwde was een feest voor de smaakpapillen. Zo knap van de keuken dat er geen enkel keer dezelfde smaken voorbij kwamen. Ook uit het dresseren van de borden sprak creativiteit. Over de aanbevelingen van de wijn per gang waren wij allen zeer tevreden.
Kortom: Chapeau!
Een goed verzorgde lunch. Gezellige sfeer. Bediening erg aardig.
We hebben hier genoten van het eten. Wel een aantal aandachtspuntjes (het zijn misschien first-world-problems, maar als je een Michelin-ster hebt schep je wel een bepaalde verwachting):
- we werden wat laat opgevangen toen we het pand in kwamen. Vaak staat er iemand in de hal om je jassen aan te nemen;
- de avon...
We hebben hier genoten van het eten. Wel een aantal aandachtspuntjes (het zijn misschien first-world-problems, maar als je een Michelin-ster hebt schep je wel een bepaalde verwachting):
- we werden wat laat opgevangen toen we het pand in kwamen. Vaak staat er iemand in de hal om je jassen aan te nemen;
- de avond werd niet doorgenomen. Dus op een gegeven moment hebben we moeten vragen hoeveel gangen etc… (waarschijnlijk heb ik bij het reserveren wel het aantal gangen doorgegeven, maar het is altijd goed om dat ter plaatste met de gasten door te nemen);
- we hebben gekozen voor het Wagyu-supplement. En een van de gerechten was de Pho met een soort van dumpling met Wagyu-gehakt-vulling. Ik vond dat niet goed uit de verf komen, omdat de vulling wat droog was en je eigenlijk het lekkere van Wagyu kwijt was door er gehakt van te maken;
- er werd niet gevraagd om allergieën;
- er lag ook brood op tafel, waardoor er op een gegeven moment best wat kruimels lagen op tafel, vaak wordt dat dan opgeveegd (maar of dit heel gebruikelijk is weet ik niet);
- we moesten vragen om een krukje/tafel-haak om een dames-etui te kunnen opbergen;
Op een zonnige dag buiten lunchen in een Michelin restaurant. Superlekkere gangen, heerlijke wijn, goede bediening. Aanrader.
