Ik vind het menu iets te simpel.
Voor carpaccio
Hoofd zalm met gegrilde groente ( deze was erg lekker)
Na soortwalnoot honing ijs met een crème brulee. Geen lekkere comby.
Bedieng super en erg vriendelijk.
Ambiance was ook leuk en sfeervol

De sfeer is erg goed en de passage is een mooie plek om te eten. Maar de 3-gangen menu had weinig keuze en ik had mij verheugd op biefstuk maar dat stond niet op het menu. Heb kip gekozen maar kon het niet eten - het was taai en had veel vet. De beste gang was het dessert! Moest ook een aantal keer naar de bar lopen voor aandacht. Het is het restaurant van de Novotel.
