Wij hebben op 1 maart 23 genoten van het 5 gangen menu van het Fnidsen. De wijnen die erbij geschonken worden pasten prima bij het gerecht. De uitleg was helder en zonder opsmuk. De bedienende dame was attent en had alles soepel onder controle. In de keuken wisten ze mooie creatieve combinaties te verzinnen met mooie opmaak zonder te vervallen in bekende klassiekers. Goed gekozen (tegen)smaken in één gerecht die klopten. Tot gauw als er wat te vieren is!

Het eten, het wijnarrangement en de bediening was erg goed. Leuk dat je de keuken in kon kijken. Wel was het binnen erg fris en zat je daardoor net niet lekker.
