De keuken had de grootste moeite om het allemaal bij te houden. Na een amuse die na 45 min opeens arriveerde kwam na bijna 1.5 uur het voorgerecht. Het hoofdgercht kwam vlot en op het nagerecht hebben we weer lang gewacht. Er was daardoor helaasd geen tijd meer voor koffie. Het was eigenlijk jammer voor het lekkere eten dat alles zo rommelig verliep, al ging de enige serveerster met een glimlach in hoog tempo de tafeltjes af (hulde).
