Dit keer kwam ik van een koude kermis thuis, € 1700 voor met z’n vieren en naar huis gegaan met het idee, dat als ik zelf had gekookt het vele malen beter was geweest. Eten was inspiratieloos, te zout en alles leek op elkaar. Teveel sausjes (die dan ook bijna allemaal het zelfde smaakten)
Heb niet vaak dat ik zo teleurgesteld wordt in een sterrenrestaurant.
Omwille van een lekkage in Food Labs mochten we voor dezelfde prijs in het FG Restaurant dineren : fijn gebaar ! Heerlijke gerechten (supersauzen, perfecte garingen, originele presentaties (bijv. sizzling beef op been gepresenteerd, zelf je mes kiezen, …). Fijne, professionele maar toch warme bediening. Enig (klein) minpuntje: de akoestiek onder het boogvormig plafond was niet steeds perfect.

Bij de bediening ging het iets minder soepel, denk door drukte. Wel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam .
De gerechtjes en de bijpassende wijnen waren erg goed.
