Ook deze keer weer uitstekend gegeten en genoten. Mooie producten, mooie wijnen. Echter niet helemaal het topniveau van de vorige keer(dat was toen in alle opzichten super). Het hapje vooraf en amuse waren hetzelfde als voorgaande keren en dat is een beetje jammer. Het voorgerecht was verrukkelijk en prachtig. Deze keer was, hoewel de smaken voortreffelijk waren, de presentatie van het hoofdgerecht wat matig. Voor het eerst een echt nagerecht en dat was ronduit fantastisch, wat een mooie combinatie van smaken. De bediening kwam in een enkel geval wat minder professioneel over: geen welkome warme handdoekjes, bibberend gedragen glazen, onhandig en laat uithalen van borden en glazen. Men had het erg druk en dat ging een beetje ten koste van de service en sfeer. Volgende keer wellicht minder couverts per avond.

Wat heb ik weer genoten van het eten.2 het was weer een feest om dit te mogen proeven.

Het eten is perfect. Lekker, vers en mooi om te zien. De bediening is zeer vriendelijk. Helaas was er, door div. omstandigheden, iets mis gegaan in de organisatie waardoor we heel lang op het hoofdgerecht moesten wachten. Hiervoor werd wel nadrukkelijk excuus aangeboden en uitleg gegeven waarom eea zo gelopen was en een aardige tegoemoetkoming aangeboden.
