Via diningwiththestars geboekt en genoten van een avond vol heerlijkheden. De amuses stuk voor stuk prachtig en gevarieerd. Heerlijk vlees, streekproducten, fijne smaak combinaties met lekkere wijnen. Daarbij leuke no nonsens bediening met een passie voor gastvrijheid en eten. Perfecte prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Wij komen zeker terug 👍🏻

Hierna volgde het voorgerecht….. ga even rustig zitten! Een bordje met wat gerookte paling, gerookte ganzenmouse omwikkeld met dungesneden ganzen vlees, gefrituurde boerenkoolblad, prei in sushi blad, enz! Echt geweldig!
Daarna kwam het hoofdgerecht en dat was edelhert die spot on was. Toe kregen wij cheesecake met eigen gemaakte pruimenlikeur, bramen en ander lekkers.
Al met al een geweldige ervaring en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
Niet alleen verrassingsmenu, maar 00k bediening ,aandacht en omgeving positief.at
Mooi opgemaakte borden met heerlijke gerechten. Goede uitleg van het personeel.
Een stukje finesse proef je in het eten wat met zorg is bereid .zo kregen we snoekbaars en gerookte paling uit de regio. Een gezellige inrichtig met kleedjes over de houten stoelen.
En ook de wachttijd tussen het eten in was goed . Wat ons betreft heeft het onze verwachting overtroffen
