Subtiele gerechtjes. Grandioze parelhoen was onze topper. Jammer dat de voorafgaande vis iets te droog uitviel.
Waar we nooit aan kunnen wennen is het uiterst gekoeld - gewoon koud - serveren van rode wijn. Aroma’s ontwikkelden zich daardoor onvoldoende. Spijtig, sommelier!

Eten Is zeer goed en zag er verzorgd uit. Wijn is te duur voor wat je krijgt. Kraanwater voor bij de wijn voor €3,50 pp gaat me ook een beetje ver.
