Heerlijk gegeten. Wijnarrangement was goed afgestemd op het eten. Voor de pinot gris uit de Elsace deed het goed. Wel zat er teveel tijd tussen de gerechten. Het toetje maakt alles af op het einde daarom krijgt het van mij een 9 voor het eten.
One of the best meals I have ever had. The preparation and presentation were imaginative and creative. All the ingredients were fresh and prepared well. The service was well-paced and pleasant.
