Entrees exceptionnelles d'huître et flan de Gamba. Parfait équilibre de saveurs et texture et assez de créativité pour surprendre sans tomber dans la surenchère. Le canard était également très bon. Il manque un petit quelque chose au dessert, l'ensemble safran-poire ne prend pas tout à fait. Les deux entrées sont prometteuses et une étoile supplémentaire ne me surprend rait pas. L'ambiance est également très agréable, pas trop guindée en restant chic et conviviale. Je recommendr absolument !
