Zo is mij na het apperitief en tijdens niet meer gevraagd of ik iets bij de gangen wilde drinken. Hier was ik erg verbaasd over, en zowel de lege wijnglazen als het allang genuttigde aperitiefglas van mijn partner bleven de gehele middag op tafel staan zonder dat het iemand is opgemerkt(!).
Ook werd het water niet bijgeschonken, terwijl mijn glas meer dan 20 minuten leeg was (waarschijnlijk had ik dit zelf moeten doen). Het riep bij ons sterk het beeld op dat onze tafel werd verwaarloosd. Het bestek werd bij het hoofdgerecht gesmeten op tafel. Na afloop zijn de jassen ook niet aangegeven en moesten wij er zelf naar gaan zoeken. Op dit sterrenniveau hoeft een gast de bediening op dergelijke simpele handelingen niet te wijzen en ben daarom met gemengde gevoelens vertrokken. Wij zullen dan ook niet snel terugkomen. Jammer.
Wij hebben enorm genoten van elk gerecht(en van alle wijnen)bij Fred. Het woord goddelijk is meerdere malen uitgesproken. Sfeer en service was prima.

IVM Dining with the stars bij Fred's wezen eten. Wat een heerlijke ervaring, prachtig restaurant, eten fantastisch met een mooi verhaal erbij. Kortom een groot feest om eens mee te maken. Aanrader !!
Afgelopen zondag gegeten in het kader van dining with the stars. Het eten was heerlijk en ook de wijnen waren super en passend bij het eten. Alleen de service was kil, afstandelijk en zakelijk. Toen we weg gingen was er niemand uit het restaurant die ons gedag kwam zeggen. Interieus was mooi maar wel iets te clean. Volgende keer kiezen wij voor een ander restaurant!
