Moderne strakke chique inrichting en lekkere Ibiza lounge muziek. Goede ingrediënten zoals kreeft, coquille en tarbot. Heerlijk volgens verwachting. Echte verrassingen bleven echter uit, die ik wel gewend ben bij vergelijkbare restaurants.
Absoluut heerlijk gegeten. Eten en wijnen mooi in balans. Amuses en friandises prachtig extraatje.
Een leuke ervaring. Wat wel erg opvalt, is dat de porties aanzienlijk kleiner zijn geworden vergeleken met voorgaande jaren (op de oude locatie). Tijden veranderen maar dit is erg jammer, zeker gezien het feit dat dit een 2 sterren zaak is.
Echt een geweldige ervaring gehad. Ontvangst was aller aardigste en de mannen aan tafel duidelijk in de uitleg en vriendelijk. Elk gerecht was een smaakexplosie. Van amuse tot de friandises bij de koffie. We hadden gekozen voor zoet en niet het kaas assortiment en het was dat we aardig gevuld waren want jeetje wat zag dat er lekker uit! We kwamen voor de lunch en komen zeker terug voor het diner!

Fred Mustert has been in the top league of Dutch gastronomy for many years.
He built his foundations as a cook at Restaurant Zwethheul in Schipluiden and later developed an enviable reputation as “patron-cuisinier” at Restaurant La Vilette, where he earnt the business a much coveted Michelin star. He views his new restaurant on the Honingerdijk as a fantastic challenge.
With every new day the chef musters all of his sensory talents to give shape to his passion. With the assistance of his adept black and white brigade of waiting staff, he works tirelessly towards the top, bringing his own unique signature to the menu.
