Heerlijk gegeten. Supervriendelijke en attente bediening. Eten kwam in een mooi tempo door. Al met al een erg fijne ervaring. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
Heerlijk na voorstelling van de tocht dat gevoel van mooi en smaak doorgezet in boornbergum geweldig !!!

Wat slordigheden met de tafel: geen bij elkaar horend bestek, geen servet bij 1 bestek, koude borden t/m hoofdgerecht. Het dessert (ijs) werd echter op een warm bord direct uit de vaatwasser (info serveerster) geserveerd. Geen peper en zout op tafel (hadden we ook niet nodig, maar is wel zo netjes). Wat we misten was een wijnkaart, we moesten nu een keuze maken uit de wijnen die bij verschillende gerechten stonden aanbevolen.
Het verrassings menu was afwisselend en uitstekend. De tijd tussen de verschillende gangen vonden wij wat lang. Totaal 2.30 u. voor 5 gangenmenu.
