In meerdere opeenvolgende kleine gerechtjes komen vele smaken in prachtige combinaties bij elkaar, mooi opgemaakt want het oog wil zeker ook wat en zeer verrassend van smaak. Op hoog niveau en vernieuwend koken voor een betaalbare prijs was de bedoeling en daar is Gerry Trouw goed in geslaagd. We komen er graag terug.
Prima eten in een gezellige sfeer
Heerlijk gegeten, het was echt een verrassing dit menu. Er werd ook goed rekening gehouden met mijn gluten allergie. Zeker een aanrader.
