Edwin Vinke and his son Tom cook for you a light and easily digestible degustation menu based on Zeeland products. Seafood and shellfish lead the way. Fed by the various seasons and with respect for everything that grows and flourishes, they tune everything into what the Scheldt, the North Sea and the polder bring them. Light, sustainable and combined with worldly spices and herbs.

De Kromme Watergang holds 1 Michelin star, 18 Gault&Millau points and is listed in the Lekker guide at spot 19 of the Top100. In addition, De Kromme Watergang is for the fifth time in a row proud award holder in the category: Best Fish Restaurant in the Netherlands. A great achievement!
