Ons zoveelste bezoek aan Eyckholt. Een vaste waarde, zoals steeds lekker van begin tot einde.
wij hebben genoten van een smaakvol 6 gangen diner.
In totaliteit was het niet slecht, maar we hebben er wel eens beter gegeten. Samenstelling menu was "zeer apart" te noemen niet geheel onze keuze. Zeker de tussengerechten waren te flets van smaak. Porties aan de karige kant. Er werd te veel op creatie dan op smaak gefocust. En bijna 4 uur tafelen is toch iets te veel van het goede!
"Kasteel" Eyckholt ... en toch heel ongedwongen ontvangen, vriendelijk, met een lach. Heerlijk getafeld, met bijpassende wijntjes ... het was top en vraagt heel zeker om een herhaling.
Voor de eerste keer hier gaan eten door de aanbieding van de restaurant week. Zeer aangenaam verrast door fijne locatie en het smakelijke eten. Fijne amuses en aangename wijn. Voor herhaling vatbaar
