Zelf om drankjes moeten vragen omdat de bediening de lege glazen niet ziet. Geen bestek krijgen bij de hoofdgerecht en je besteld een asian beefspies die alles behalve asian is. Er zat niet eens peper of zout op! Dan geef je het aan maar wordt er verder niets mee gedaan. Heel jammer! Voor ons was het in dit restaurant, een keer maar nooit meer!!
We hebben eerst rondgewandeld, daarna achter in de tuin een drankje en een hapje vooraf om te genieten van de stilte en de rust. Van het diner genoten, vriendelijk personeel en mooie entourate.

The monastery first opened its doors in 1954 as a Mission House, on the road from Deurne to Vlierden. Now you can take a seat in this beautiful building for a delicious dinner in the culinary hotspot of the characteristic 4-star hotel: Bar Bistro DuCo Deurne. Here, the chef prepares fish and meat dishes on the Josper charcoal oven, creating a unique taste sensation. The menu includes various products from the Peel region but also flavors and styles from international cuisine. In the summer, weather permitting, you can take a seat on the sunny terrace, where the dishes are prepared for you in the outdoor kitchen.
