Niet de eerste keer dat wij -op doorreis- dit hotel bezoeken en helaas moeten we concluderen dat dit Hotel (maar dat geldt voor meerdere Fletcher Hotels ) wat keuken betreft hun eigen identiteit hebben verloren.Het geeft de indruk dat je een - op restaurantweek gebaseerd concept- een speciale menu keuze krijgt maar...

Ook bij Bar DuCo restaurants. Jammer doe dan niet mee met zo'n aktie want die brengt meer van-het-zelfde..en roept verwachtingen op die niet (meer) waargemaakt kunnen worden.....helaas.
