Klein minpuntje was de gekozen groenten bij de tournedos (wortel, doperwtjes, boontjes) persoonlijk vind ik dat 'te makkelijk' en had ik liever iets specialers (originelers) gegeten. Een 'vergeten groente' of zo iets dergelijks, in ieder geval niet groente die je thuis al eet. Maar al met al heerlijk gegeten en een gezellig avond gehad. Frank is erg enthousiast en ambitieus.
Graag de wijn op het zelfde moment serveren als het gerecht en niet pas halverwege.
Geweldig eten, echt een feestelijke avond, alleen een minpuntje. Als je in zo'n restaurant eet en ook behoorlijk wat drank besteld blijf ik het heel jammer vinden dat als je naast de wijn, gewoon water besteld, dat je dan voor 9 personen voor € 35,00 aan water op je bon hebt staan. Bij zo'n restaurant hoort men gewoon karaffen water gratis neer te zetten.
Verder niets dan lof.

Restaurant De Nieuwe Polderkeuken is located in the middle of the Groene Hart. We work with suppliers from the Stolwijk area so that you can experience the tasteful products from the polder yourself.

Chef Frank Streefland grew up in the Stolwijk area and therefore knows the region well. He has experience in various luxury restaurants and in 2009 won the Golden Ladle for the Groene Hart region.
