Rauwe coquille was niet echt verrassend en de begeleidende wijn (echt teveel citrus) maakte het geheel te bitter.
Hoofdgerecht (kalfsvlees) nog niet eerder zo goed gegeten.
Kaasbordje was een teleurstelling, lijkt wel of men niet gewend is dat gasten zelf kiezen. Moeilijk te zien in die onhandige...

Het eten was heerlijk, iedere hap een sensatie. De bediening was ook erg goed en wij kregen leuke uitgebreide uitleg over het eten en de wijnen.
Het eten was fantastisch. Jammer dat een ober zijn irritatie liet merken toen wij geen wijn na de champagne. Zijn gedrag was een smet op een heerlijke lunch. Het andere personeel was zeer professioneel en betrokken.

Modern and luxurious restaurant: Parkheuvel**, led by the Van Loo family, situated in a park with wonderful views over the river Maas and not far from Rotterdam's city centre.
Parkheuvel restaurant has recently been restyled by the architect Thed Konings in a refined and intimate interior, French art deco style.
Parkheuvel´s capacity is 75 seats. Furthermore there is a separate, intimate salon where companies can be received.
Harmonious gastronomy of a refined taste and rich with subtle aroma is this establishment's goal, in order to please the most spoiled customers.
