We kwamen om 19.00 uur en stonden 20.15 uur weer buiten met een buitengewoon ontevreden en vol gevoel. En dat ondanks de vele tafeltjes die bediend moesten worden! Een ober stond zelfs bij ons tafeltje te wachten tot wij klaar waren met het gerecht om vervolgens snel het volgende gerecht op tafel te zetten.
Jammer ook dat we geen menu aangereikt kregen. Dan had ik gezien dat het hoofdgerecht uit draadjesvlees bestond. Ook werd er pas na het hoofdgerecht geïnformeerd of er nog wijn bijgevuld moest worden.
De rest van het diner was overigens prima!
Amuse / Mâcarons met geitenkaas
Krokant gebakken sukade,
Op de huid gebakken kabeljauw! Het was verrassend lekker, de bediening was uiterst professioneel en vriendelijk!!!
We hebben genoten van het heerlijke vijf gangen diner. Het is erg prettig dat men verstand heeft van goede wijn en uitstekende combinaties weet te maken.
