Een échte smaaksensatie, die je zeker geprobeerd moet hebben. Service en advies op maat. Het verschil tussen zaterdag hoofdklasse voetbal en Champions League.
Nice restaurant with great food!
Het eten was formidabel! Alles verzorgd tot in de puntjes. De bediening daarentegen laat sterk te wensen over. De ambience was erg hip, een jaar of 5 geleden. Nu noemen we dat gewoon saai. De muziek is te hard en niet inspirerend voor relaxed een avondje tafelen voor 400€. Jammer. Deze geweldige chef verdient echt een beter restaurant en personeel.

In the heart of the Green Heart, at Bergambacht, Restaurant Pieters will celebrate its tenth anniversary in 2024. Since its opening in 2014, under the passionate leadership of Pieter and Paula, the restaurant has built an impressive track record: from winning the Golden Ladle in its first year, to acquiring a Michelin star in 2021 and achieving 14.5 Gault&Millau points.
Pieter, SVH Master Chef since 2009, has worked as chef de cuisine at several renowned restaurants, including Cour du Nord*, Corona*, Puccini, and Chagall*. His culinary journey began at Sancerre in Amsterdam and included an internship at Marco Pierre White's The Restaurant*** in London.
Paula, his wife and partner in the restaurant, has allowed her passion for hospitality and wine to flourish. Together they defined the look and design of their restaurant. Paula's expertise extends to Pieters Restaurant's fine wine collection, while she also handles the administrative side of the restaurant.
