Het was een heerlijk menu, perfect gemaakt. Het restaurant geeft een huiselijke sfeer, niet te veel tafels zodat het niet overvol is. Ik miste alleen de beleving, die hebben we in vorige sterren restaurants anders beleefd. Ik miste ook een hard broodje op tafel. De wijnen en champagne waren fantastisch!
We hebben met z’n viertjes genoten van een heerlijk diner in een fijne ambiance. De enige tip die we hebben is een van de serveersters aan te leren zich minder schichtig op te stellen, ze zei zelfs geen alsjeblieft of dankjewel en enige communicatie zouden we wel fijn voor haar en ons gevonden hebben.
Fantastisch gegeten, mooie smaak combinaties en opmaak was fraai. heerlijke bijpassende wijnen erbij.
Sfeer was voor ons te stijf, op het ongemakkelijke af. Het bedienend personeel leek erg veel stress te ervaren en weinig plezier in het werk te hebben/uit te stralen.
Heerlijke gerechten en het kaasplankje was uitmuntend.
Vriendelijke ontvangst en mooie kwalitatieve, heerlijke gerechten in een sfeervolle omgeving. Absoluut ster-waardig!

About Pieters Restaurant*
In the heart of the Green Heart, at Bergambacht, Restaurant Pieters will celebrate its tenth anniversary in 2024. Since its opening in 2014, under the passionate leadership of Pieter and Paula, the restaurant has built an impressive track record: from winning the Golden Ladle in its first year, to acquiring a Michelin star in 2021 and achieving 14.5 Gault&Millau points.
Pieter, SVH Master Chef since 2009, has worked as chef de cuisine at several renowned restaurants, including Cour du Nord*, Corona*, Puccini, and Chagall*. His culinary journey began at Sancerre in Amsterdam and included an internship at Marco Pierre White's The Restaurant*** in London.
Paula, his wife and partner in the restaurant, has allowed her passion for hospitality and wine to flourish. Together they defined the look and design of their restaurant. Paula's expertise extends to Pieters Restaurant's fine wine collection, while she also handles the administrative side of the restaurant.
