Een mooie avond uit. Prachtige amuses, ieder gerecht een feest, met aandacht opgediend; veel producten uit de omgeving. Het extra gerechtje, de bouillabaisse, hebben we nog nooit zo verfijnd gegeten.
Gegeten met ons gezin, omdat ik 60 werd.
Tijdens reservering aangegeven dat in het gezelschap iemand zwanger is, en iemand niet van vis houdt.
Door gastvrouw meteen opgepakt bij binnenkomst.
Er kon zelf wijn worden gedronken worden zonder alcohol.
Zeer attent.
Het eten was heerlijk.
Een top avond.
We hebben zeer zeer smakelijk en verrassend gegeten. Goede bediening en een gezellige ruimte alles mooi op elkaar afgestemd.

About Pieters Restaurant*
In the heart of the Green Heart, at Bergambacht, Restaurant Pieters will celebrate its tenth anniversary in 2024. Since its opening in 2014, under the passionate leadership of Pieter and Paula, the restaurant has built an impressive track record: from winning the Golden Ladle in its first year, to acquiring a Michelin star in 2021 and achieving 14.5 Gault&Millau points.
Pieter, SVH Master Chef since 2009, has worked as chef de cuisine at several renowned restaurants, including Cour du Nord*, Corona*, Puccini, and Chagall*. His culinary journey began at Sancerre in Amsterdam and included an internship at Marco Pierre White's The Restaurant*** in London.
Paula, his wife and partner in the restaurant, has allowed her passion for hospitality and wine to flourish. Together they defined the look and design of their restaurant. Paula's expertise extends to Pieters Restaurant's fine wine collection, while she also handles the administrative side of the restaurant.
