Afgelopen zaterdag genoten van een voortreffelijk 7-gangen culinair walking dinner met mooie wijnen, de juiste klanken en last but not least een grandioos uitzicht over de Nieuwe Meer. Deze 'supper and sound' avond was slechts een voorproefje voor wat gaat komen. Het Bosch gaat over 2 weken officieel open. Ik kan niet wachten!
Nooit heb ik zo fantastisch lekker gegeten! Werkelijk uniek! De ene amuse nog heerlijker dan de andere. Explosies van smaak. De overtreffende trap van 'lekker'! Werkelijk bijzonder!! Liever één keer per jaar hier dan 10 keer doorsnee!
Wat een plekje! Dacht dat na al die jaren Amsterdam ik de restaurant wel een beetje kende ... Heb mezelf echter tekort gedaan want hier was ik nog niet geweest: Het mooiste terras van Amsterdam! Omdat het nieuw te bouwen restaurant het Bosch nog niet helemaal klaar is, zijn we wezen eten op het terras van the Waterf...

Omdat het nieuw te bouwen restaurant het Bosch nog niet helemaal klaar is, zijn we wezen eten op het terras van the Waterfront van het Bosch (zelfde lokatie maar iets meer naar water toe). Hebben hier fantatisch gegeten met de voetjes zo goed als in het water en een heerlijk glas wijn in de hand. Echt een aanrader!
