Hele gezellige avond gehad bij De Klok. We hadden een vijfgangen menu van de chef met wijnarrangement. Als wijnliefhebbers/ kenners, zijn we altijd kritisch op de wijn spijs combinaties. Die waren hier dik in orde, goede opbouw van de wijnen, wat jongere en wat oudere wijn, echt van genoten.
Voor wat betreft het eten, ook dat was lekker. Niet heel bijzonder in combinatie of opbouw van het diner maar wel op smaak en lekker.
Als we een tip mogen geven aan de chef, dan zouden we willen adviseren om iets meer met groenten te doen in de gerechten.
De bediening was top, houden zo.

De bediening was goed en vriendelijk. Het eten vonden wij TOP. Goede ambiance. Eigenaar maakte veel tijd vrij voor een uitleg van de bijpassende wijnen.

Voorheen La Cloche,
Dit jaar 2 jonge enthousiaste nieuwe eigenaren.
We hadden in dit jaargetijde trek in wild.
Vooraf een heerlijke hertenham ( met gefrituurde en gekruide rendiermos !!!! )
HEERLIJK
De chef vroeg of we interesse hadden in rendier rugfilet,hadden we nog nooit gegeten ( beperkt verkrijgbaar )
