Het was weer zeer goed.

Heerlijk 5 gangen diner bij de klok met mooie bijpassende wijnen!
Vooral de gang met het eendenlever banket was fantastisch, zeker met de mooie wijn erbij. Je kan merken dat ze hier echt bezig zijn met de wijn spijs combinaties.

Ik had er meer van verwacht. Vrijwel alle gerechten waren te zoet met als toppunt het 3e voorgerecht van een soort tompouce van een eendenlevermousse op een cakeje met erbij koekkruimels en druppeltjes van een zoete siroop. Het leek meer op een toetje. Het eerste voorgerecht bevatte een soort taaie, niet knapperige, mini groentechipjes die niet pasten bij de rest van het mondgevoel. De langoustine met schorsenerenpasta was heerlijk. Hoofdgerecht was prima vlees en lekkere gegrilde groenten (beetje weinig groenten helaas), jammer van de zoete saus over het vlees. Toetje was een weer een soort tompouce van pompoenmousse, wat ijs en de koekkruimels weer. Op zich oke voor een toetje, maar met een wat viezige nasmaak.
Alles was wel heel mooi opgemaakt.
Bediening was vriendelijk, sprak wat binnensmonds en daardoor niet altijd even goed verstaanbaar.
Kortom: het was een genoegen voor het oog en een teleurstelling in de mond.

Wij hadden via Dinningcity het sublieme 5-gangenmenu gereserveerd. Heerlijk gegeten met heel lekkere bijpassende wijnen. Zeer vriendelijke bediening, gezellige sfeer.
