Perhaps the finest restaurant in Amsterdam, worthy of two Michelin stars instead of one. A much better dining experience than La Rive,the other Michelin-star establishment in the area. Food preparation is imaginative and the sauces complement, rather than submerge, the qualities of the main ingredients. Atmosphere in the restaurant transcends the neighboring hotel environment.
Vrijdag 20 juli genoten van de all-inclusive deal. Het dessert in de keuken aan de chef's tafel was een waardig slot van de avond. Fijne vakantie !!

Hier ondertussen al een paar keer wezen eten, en elke keer weer een smakelijke en mooie beleving. Heerlijk eten, mooi aansluitende wijnen, aardige bediening (ja, ook tijdens de restaurantweek). Een van mijn amsterdamse favorieten!
TOPavond gehad. Goed ontvangen, nette maar leuke bediening en professioneel. Zo als het hoort! Bijzonder lekker gegeten. Hier gaan we vaker heen!
