Samen met een vriendin waren we twee dagen in Den Bosch. De eerste avond hebben bij Sense gegeten. De gerechten waren een genot om naar te kijken, maar ook erg smaakvol. Wij hadden een wijnarrangement en elke wijn paste perfect bij het gerecht. Complimenten voor de somelier!!
Het vijfgangen diner was goed, zeker de kaas als nagerecht was subliem en prima opgediend. De bijhorende wijnen zeer passend en goed gebracht door de sommelier . Het hele team verdiend een 10.
Heerlijke gerechten met bijpassende wijn. superavond gehad met mijn vrouw, beide zeer tevreden.

In het restaurant werden we verrast door alle passerende gerechtjes die met passie, oog voor detail werden gecreëerd met mooie producten, gaande van Yellowtail Kingfish naar een tussengerecht van Meze” Parels van diverse structuren naar hoofdgerecht Kemper Landhoender om te eindigen met nagerecht een Cremeaux van framboosjes, pistache en witte chocolade met een vinaigrette van kombucha van framboosjes. Dit alles met een leuke wine pairing geserveerd door de ober die zijn tijd nam om met veel passie de nodige uitleg te geven. Een uitstekende aanrader en een duim voor het team.
Alles was erg goed!
