Fantastisch restaurant, heerlijk eten en fijne bediening!
Fantastische avond, fijne staf, heerlijk eten en verrukkelijke wijn.
heerlijk gegeten, explosie van bijzondere smaken en prettige bediening.
Fantastisch. Allemaal mondvermaakjes.
Vooral de BBQ knolselderij met 63 graden eidooier, hollandaise, saus van gerookte knoflook, geroosterde hazelnoot en verse truffel (extra truffel supplement: €15,00) is een absolute aanrader. Verrukkelijk.(en met de extra truffel zijn ze echt niet zuinig)

Eerst even lekker buiten gezeten op het bankje, gekeken naar het rondrazende verkeer, dan naar binnen, heerlijk koel, wat een rustige ambiance! We begonnen met Franse Champagne, en na verrassende amuses begonnen we met makreel, oa met witte bessen en limoen. Daarna BBQknolselderij met 63 graden eidooier, knoflook, hazelnoot, evt truffel zie foto, echt een smaaksensatie, een gerecht om nog eens voor naar Sinne te gaan. We namen bij deze gang 2 een Chardonnay, bij gang 3 een bijpassende Spaanse wijn. Degenen die ons bediende, wat een topper, in gastvrijheid (!) vertelde dat hij deze wijn tijdens een reis in Spanje had ontdekt in een van buiten onopvallende wijnboerderij, mooi verhaal. Dessert was ook top, hele mooie avond, restaurant midden in de Pijp, klein restaurant maar Michelin ster volledig waard. Ook prima bereikbaar met tram en metro voor mijn zoon, en de fiets (van mij) stond nog steeds vrijwel naast de deur, Sinne, een echte aanrader dus.
