De locatie is prachtig gelegen naast een klein kasteel. De zaak is klein, wat in dit geval helaas betekende dat de gangen lang op zich lieten wachten. DE samenstelling was goed, echter soms overdreven. Zo was er een wasabischuimpje bij de tonijn, wat geen wasabi smaak had. In combinatie met pinda's bij de vis en ses...

DE samenstelling was goed, echter soms overdreven. Zo was er een wasabischuimpje bij de tonijn, wat geen wasabi smaak had. In combinatie met pinda's bij de vis en sesamkoekje bij de tonijn, kwamen de subtielere smaken niet tot hun recht. Een stapje terug naar de basis zou goed zijn.
Heerlijk gegeten, waarbij de gerechten perfect op elkaar waren afgestemd en met grote zorg voor smaak en detail waren bereid.
Ligging is ook mooi vlakbij het kasteel. Doordat het restaurant niet te groot is hangt er een knusse sfeer en blijft de bediening persoonlijk.
Heerlijk gegeten, wat een fijne ambiance, vriendelijke mensen. Het eten was echt heel erg goed, wel heel veel verschillende smaken

een heerlijke rustige, smaakvolle en warme ambiance, waar de liefde voor het vak van af straalt. Fantastische service, persoonlijk en gepast. Super keuken met oog voor details, kleur en smaak. Prima wijnselecties. Kortom een heerlijke avond voor herhaling vatbaar.
