Toen we aangaven dat 2 vd 4 personen liever geen vis hadden, werd er een beetje moeilijk op gereageerd. Het hoofdgerecht werd dan wel aangepast maar de bijbehorende wijn niet. Toen we aangaven dat 2 vd 4 personen liever geen vis hadden, werd er een beetje moeilijk op gereageerd. Het hoofdgerecht werd dan wel aangepast maar de bijbehorende wijn niet. Wijnen van het wijnarrangement over het algemeen matig, niet echt verassend. Gerechten mooi opgemaakt, smaak goed maar erg gecompliceerd. Te veel smaken op een bord naast elkaar.
Jammer, je zou verwachten dat men tijdens zo'n restaurant week wel iets meer hun best zouden doen om te laten zien wat ze in huis hebben

DE samenstelling was goed, echter soms overdreven. Zo was er een wasabischuimpje bij de tonijn, wat geen wasabi smaak had. In combinatie met pinda's bij de vis en sesamkoekje bij de tonijn, kwamen de subtielere smaken niet tot hun recht. Een stapje terug naar de basis zou goed zijn.
Heerlijk gegeten, waarbij de gerechten perfect op elkaar waren afgestemd en met grote zorg voor smaak en detail waren bereid.
Ligging is ook mooi vlakbij het kasteel. Doordat het restaurant niet te groot is hangt er een knusse sfeer en blijft de bediening persoonlijk.
