Every course brought unique combinations that truly delighted the palate, showing the chef’s skill and passion for food. The service, that was lead by Martin, was warm, kind and with such a professional but friendly attitude. What they where bringing from the kitchen was utterly fabulous. The chefs in the kitchen where smooth while they where doing their magic and the service was complimenting them. Everything they prepared was exciting as a safari in South Africa and it had a stronger flavour profile. A meal that inspires me to cook more boldly. Highly recommend!!!
