Welcome to Showw, the restaurant by Dorus Floris & Lendl Mijnhijmer, located in the Crossover office building, right opposite the RAI in Amsterdam. Showw opens its doors four days a week and welcomes guests in an atmospheric setting with a large open kitchen. Here it is all about Culinary Comfort Food with deep flavours and dishes full of emotion, where you even want to lick your fingers from the delicious sauces!

With around 60 seats, including 44 in the restaurant, four at the Chef's Table and up to 12 in the private dining room, Showw offers an intimate and welcoming setting.
